Returns
We accept returns of all unused, unridden, and undamaged products within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@scalarwheels.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
  
Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment, excluding any shipping or handling charges. Please note that it may take 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your account statement.
  
Exchanges
If you need to exchange a product for a different size, color, or model, please contact sales@scalarwheels.com to initiate an exchange. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed. 
  
Conditions
All returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
  
Shipping
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges, unless the product is defective or was shipped in error. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping method and purchase shipping insurance to protect against loss or damage during transit.
